Our golden puff pastry is at its best fresh from the oven, this is why we send this item out uncooked.
To prepare, brush the top with a little egg yolk, place on parchment baking paper and cook on the top shelf of the oven at 180'C for 40minutes or until pastry is cooked. Enjoy!
